This Acceptable Usage Policy ("Usage Policy") sets out the rules for using the OmniFloor platform. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Tier Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly number of AI visualizations. Generation counts are tracked per company. When your monthly limit is reached, generation pauses until your next billing cycle or until your tier is upgraded.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate flooring retail and visualization purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or API.
Sharing or exposing your API key outside your organization.
Reselling or sub-licensing access to the Service without authorization.
Submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others' privacy.

4. Customer Content Standards

You are responsible for the product images and data you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. Room photos submitted by shoppers are processed only to produce visualizations.

5. API & Widget Use

The embeddable widget may be placed on websites you own or control.
API keys must be kept confidential and used only for your own account.
Automated or scripted generation beyond reasonable use may be throttled.

6. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

We apply rate limiting to protect platform stability. Excessive or abusive usage may be throttled, queued, or paused without notice.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension, API key revocation, or account termination. We may take action without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the Service or others.
