These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniFloor platform (the "Service"), operated by Omnicron Business Solutions ("OmniFloor", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
OmniFloor is a B2B SaaS platform that enables flooring retailers to upload product catalogs and embed an AI-powered virtual room visualization tool on their own websites, allowing shoppers to preview flooring products in their rooms.
2. Account Registration & Approval
- You must provide accurate company and contact information when registering.
- New accounts are created in a pending state and require administrator approval before the visualizer becomes active.
- We may approve, suspend, or decline accounts at our discretion.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key and account credentials secure.
3. Subscription Tiers & Usage Limits
The Service is offered in subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise), each with a monthly limit of AI visualizations. Usage limits reset on your billing cycle date.
- Visualization counts are tracked per company account.
- Exceeding your tier's monthly limit may pause generation until the next cycle or an upgrade.
- Tier upgrades and downgrades are processed via administrator-approved change requests.
4. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in the currency associated with your account. Payments are recorded manually by our team against your active tier and billing period. Your access remains active until your paid-through date. Renewal is activated upon receipt of each payment.
5. API Key & Embeddable Widget
- Each approved account receives a unique API key used to embed the visualizer widget.
- You may embed the widget on websites you own or control.
- You may not share, resell, or expose your API key to unauthorized parties.
- We may rotate or revoke API keys for security or policy reasons.
6. Customer Content & Visualizations
You are responsible for the product images and data you upload. Room photos submitted by your shoppers are processed to generate visualizations and may be retained as usage records. You grant OmniFloor a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property
OmniFloor, its software, branding, and generated visualization technology remain our property. You retain ownership of your uploaded product content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated visualizations are approximate representations and may not reflect exact real-world results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniFloor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or inactivity. Upon termination, your API key is deactivated.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
